  • Financial context: UK pension provider, approximate pension pot value, retirement timeline (only what you choose to share).

3. How we use it

  • To prepare and send your free QROPS transfer assessment.
  • To respond to your enquiries about UK pension transfer to India.
  • To progress a transfer you've engaged us to handle (subject to a separate engagement letter).
  • To improve the website's content and user experience.
  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.

5. Sharing & processors

  • Transfer execution: the UK ceding pension provider and the receiving Indian QROPS scheme — only after you've signed an engagement letter.
